Project Management Review

1. PM review is extremely important as it is the first QA review

2. Chain of custody, container receipt and sample receipt are reviewed against LIMS

3. PM contacts client with any discrepancies

4. PM reviews for holding time issues or quick turnaround time samples

5. PM reviews reporting criteria and notes in LIMS
