1. Client Proposes Project

2. Scope of Work for Laboratory issued

3. LNS Technical Review of Scope of Work

4. LNS quotation, bid or proposal issued

5. Clients accepts bid, issues a Statement of Work

6. Client PM Communicates with LNS PM

7. LNS PM prepares project in LIMS

8. LNS PM issues Request for Containers to Shipping

9. Containers shipped to Client at Office or in Field

10. Sampling completed by Client

11. Chain of Custody  is filled out

12. Coolers, samples and paperwork shipped or delivered to LNS
